I had a delightful stay at Sheraton Bursa Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that I felt comfortable at all times. The spacious Classic Twin Room was well appointed, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast featuring freshly prepared eggs and a varied selection of pastries.

Consistent issues with maintenance, like dirty carpets and old furniture!!! Reservations policies are needlessly confusing and unfair, especially regarding additional fees for children. Improve communication around service prices and reservation confirmations!!!

During my stay in the Classic King Room, I was truly amazed by the exceptional service from the staff, particularly Mr Erol and Mr Ersin, who went above and beyond to assist with my requests. The spacious room design made for a comfortable setting, while the diverse cultural atmosphere added a unique touch to the experience. I especially loved the delightful specialty breakfast with its gourmet options, including a lavish honey-comb block and over ten varieties of cheeses that made my mornings unforgettable.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, very close to various restaurants and shopping options. We enjoyed the spacious and modern bathrooms which added a touch of luxury to our experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ready to assist with anything we needed.

We noticed the bathroom shutter was not working during our stay.

i had a great experience at sheraton. the view from my deluxe corner room was stunning. the location is fantastic, just a short walk to marka and carrefour complex. i was impressed by the friendly staff and the excellent buffet breakfast. also, the spa services were a perfect way to unwind. love the indoor pool too!

I had a lovely 2-night stay. The breakfast was outstanding, offering an array of fresh options that catered to every taste. The room was not only spotless but also equipped with a nice coffee machine, making my mornings even better. The location was very convenient with several shopping options nearby. One area that could use improvement is the power outlets, as there could be more accessible ones for charging devices.

Staff were generally helpful, with notable assistance from Mr Erol and Mr Ersin, yet the power outlets in the room left much to be desired, making charging devices a bit cumbersome at times. the bathroom shutter malfunctioned during my stay, which impacted the experience slightly.
